Do a project on ovarian cancer using patient samples from the hospital under the supervision of OB/GYN doctors. The aims of the study are: perform gene expression analysis for the samples using microarray, distinguish gene pattern between benign and different stages of ovarian cancer, identify early genetic changes in the ovarian surface epithelium specifically those genes involved in the cellular architecture, and investigate early alteration and transition of cellular components from benign to malignant phenotype
