1.Why should project managers ensure that they understand the structure, culture, and strategy of the organisation where a project is set and how can they manage the relationships with the relevant stakeholders they identify?

You could discuss how project managers need to establish projects that conform to the organisational structure, culture, and strategy where they are set and show what may occur if this is not successful.
You could describe the main categories of project stakeholder and discuss the various relationships they each have with a project and how they can be managed.
You could identify issues that may confront project managers when deciding on the nature of a project and the team to implement it.

Discuss the key elements of a project plan and their contributions to the implementation of a project.

You could describe and discuss how SOW, WBS, OBS, risk management, budgeting, resource planning and scheduling, a control system, and planning for closure each contribute to a project plan.
You could show how these interact with each other and are used when managing a project’s implementation.
