how your environment affects your food choices

Australia, much of what we know about food, diet and what we should eat is based
around nutrients. However there are many other factors involved in what we eat and
many of these factors are based on culture (1). You will answer a series of questions or
surveys designed around what, why and when you shop and eat. The assignment is
designed to stimulate your thoughts on why you have developed the eating patterns
you have, and how your environment affects your food choices.
You will answer two different surveys that gather dietary and eating information. You
will complete a Food and Diet Questionnaire and a Food Frequency Questionnaire.
The data you collect from each method of data collection will be used in your
assignment write-up. You will be given specific questions you must answer. You will
have to think about the variety of reasons that influence why you eat the food you eat.
Read through the information below and ensure you address each question to
maximize you mark for the assignment. You must think about the questions, answers
such as ‘because my parents eat it’ will not maximize your grade. There are usually
more in-depth explanations for eating behaviours that relate to religion, geography,
economics, health etc (1).CLICK HERE TO ORDER THIS ESSAY!!!!
