You are the Corporate Learning and Organisational Development Manager of a global Pharmaceutical Company engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of generic pharmaceuticals with commercial markets in the USA, Europe and Asia. The company is expanding into emerging markets and to sustain its rapid growth the organisation has recognized the need for strong leadership and management.
You have been asked to develop a leadership and management development programme for the top 30 managers across the globe. Drawing upon models and frameworks you have been taught, your personal reflection logs, discussions in action learning groups and formative assessments:
