Marketing

Using the information presented in this lesson, create a primary research survey about Wawa or a popular convenience store in your area. Submit as a Excel or PDF document only in this drop box by the time indicated above.
1. Define a problem you want to solve.
2. Define the audience you want to question. Describe them in terms of demographics only (age, gender, education/career/income level, ethnicity, etc.). You may choose to question Wawa customers or non-Wawa customers, but not both. This group should be specific to the problem you want to solve.
3. Create 5 questions regarding attitude or behavior specific to Wawa (or a convenience chain near you) or convenience shopping or gas stations in general. The answers to these questions should help you gain insight into why people shop or do not shop at Wawa. Be mindful of the types of research, the types of questions, and the do’s and don’ts of questions.
4. Determine how you will ask these questions (in person, online, in writing). Conduct the survey.
5. Make at least one conclusion about your findings (customer insight).
