psychology

1) What factors impact eyewitness memory? Which one of these factors do you think has the greatest impact on eyewitness memory? Why?
2) What is a recovered memory? Why are recovered memories so controversial?
3)sam,
I like your mention of “perceptual load theory”, it made me think of SID (sensory integration disorder). In this disorder the individual has a difficult time with sensory overload, their perceptions are in constant state of this fact. They have a difficult time with not getting overloaded, their perceptual recognition takes in everything and does not have a limit. Do you think that these individuals could be taught how to limit their perceptual intake in order for the recognition to occur more naturally without overloading?
