Talk about the communication concepts in the movie

Not a movie review. its a paper talk about the communication concepts ‘metacommuication’ and ‘meaning creating’(just there 2 concepts, mostly ‘metacommunication) in the movie "The Accidental Tourist(1988)" ,not the whole movie, just the scene ‘Macon is here’ if you have the dvd, starts (about 1hr and 4 mins if u watch online or something) where Macon show up at Muriel’s apartment with pizza and ends after Macon and Muriel’s conversation on the couch about Muriel’s son’s education.
