The determinant of foreign direct investment with focusing on natural resources

Dear Sir/ Madam,
my order is regard the empirical part only which include the regressions, analysis and discussion.
Can you please use eveiws program and follow these instructions bellow regading my order
Please follow Mina (2007) article which I attached it for you in your regression using OLS if it is approperiate or any other regressions and specifiy why you did not use OLS and choose the other one but if the data guarantee all the assumptions of OLS then you just need to do OLS and estimations like what he did in table 4. 
Use four models:
1. FDI = β0 + β1 MARKET + β2 OPENNESS + β3 INFRASTRUCTURE + β4 POP+ ε

2. FDI = β0 + β1 OIL production + β2 OILPRICE + β3 MARKET + β4 OPENNESS + β5 INFRASTRUCTURE + β6 POP+ ε

3. FDI = β0 + β1 OIL reserve + β2 OILPRICE + β3 MARKET + β4 OPENNESS + β5 INFRASTRUCTURE + β6 POP+ ε


4. FDI = β0 + β1 OIL reserve to production + β2 OILPRICE + β3 MARKET + β4 OPENNESS + β5 INFRASTRUCTURE + β6 POP+ ε

However he used panel data methods while my data is time series data which needs to follow different approaches in estimating your equations and some of my varuiables are differenet from the variables which he used.
I would like you to make the following tests and please add any other important tests you think that it is necessary please 
Test on OLS assumptions (discuss each test and why you run that specific one and who used it before cite some relevant articles (articles should be on the determinant of Foreign direct investment))I think first of all we need to take Log of data

• Heteroskedasticity
• Serial correlation
• Endogeneity
• Multicollinearity
• Fixed effect
• impulse response
• ………………

Then please write the analysis in this way which is my university instructions:
• Organize results in a clear table.
• Be precise about the significant levels.
• Comment the table and interpret the coefficient with respect to the hypothesis which I mentioned before.
• Finally discuss to what extend the result can be used to do inference.
• Discuss what you could not do due to lack of techniques or small data sample.
