Toulmin’s method of analysis


1.Question: Imagine that you walk into a class, and your instructor announces that you will have a test during the next class period. You already have two papers due that day, and you know you will not have time to study for a test. You attempt to persuade your instructor to postpone the test. Using the terms in Toulmin’s method of analysis, explain how you will construct an effective argument to achieve your goal.
2. Write a well-developed paragraph (several sentences) in which you explain at least three significant differences between traditional argument and Rogerian argument.
3. Question Write a well-developed paragraph (several sentences) in which you discuss at least three specific features of visual argument. Cite an example of a visual argument to support your answer.
