2. Give a brief introduction of the case study and respond to the issue/conflict in the case study using the concepts/theory you have learnt in class. Hint: Some possible theories/concepts are – Groupthink and Group Polarization. Your response should include an analysis and explanation of the issue/conflict as well as suggestions on how they can be improved.
