• Discuss the policies that have influenced or continue to influence the provision of direct services to clients. Specifically, discuss the general practice standards that protect the rights of clients and the legal parameters of work in the bureaucracy of agencies.
• Discuss the effects of working in an environment with many different regulatory guidelines for providing services.
• Select a policy and discuss two factors in the policy that influence how service providers work with clients; especially focus on how clients are matched to services.
