1- You need to write a Risk Management Report. The task is to write a management report recommending in detail the development of an appropriate Risk Management Process with the implementation of a Risk Management Plan in Motorola as an Organization. Including up-to-date approaches to Project Risk Management, and in accordance with the basic process steps of current risk Management Standards. The repot must be in a properly constructed report format. The report should be addressed to senior management. The literature review should be integrated into the report, not a separate section. You are required to support the report with appropriate references which include academic journal articles (minimum requirement). Your citations must show the essential issues of the literature used to complete the Task.
