Diversity Analysis, Conclusions, and Growth plan with recommendations



In this assignment, you are going to complete the last two components of your diversity analysis, conclusions, and growth plan with recommendations.
1) Conclusions
In this section of your paper, re-examine all your previously collected documents (mission and vision statements, goals, policies, and procedures, et cetera), the results of the Human Relations Needs Assessment, and diversity theories. Spend some time reflecting on your findings and draw conclusions from them. Did you identify weaknesses or areas for improvement? Think about how you interpret the data and what they indicate in developing this section.
2) Growth Plan
Based on your conclusions, develop your growth plan with recommendations and strategies for improvement to your school or school district in the area of diversity. Think about the recommendations you would offer to the organization’s leadership to address the identified weaknesses.
Include specific suggestions related to the development of comprehensive professional growth plans. Be sure to address the following areas as you develop this section:
What strategies would you offer to strengthen district and school personnel’s understanding of how to relate to diverse stakeholders?
What strategies would you use to foster effective collaboration and communication among diverse groups that can contribute to school improvement and achievement of organizational goals?
Your growth plan must be supported by the evidence from your data. In addition, they need to align with your findings from the literature that you examined earlier in this course. Be sure to use Chapters 4–8 in Cultural Proficiency “A Manual for School Leaders” Lindsey, Robins, and Terrell 3rd Edition text to guide the development of the growth plan and use as one of the 4 references needed.
