Review the Learning Outcomes and Course Concepts provided earlier in this syllabus. Reflect on your professional experiences with education leadership, as revealed in previous assignments in this course. Based on this review and reflection, select a topic that is particularly meaningful to you and/or your work setting. Prepare a research paper that integrates course readings and citations from other professional literature. This paper must demonstrate comprehension, application, analysis, assessment, and integration of the research.
Review online resources about writing a literature review as necessary (see list of resources provided earlier in this syllabus.) A suggested outline for the paper is provided below.
