fallacies

Paper instructions:
WATCH: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4K9Qej1zVcE
A clear statement of the speakers’ main point. (What was the lecturer trying to prove?
A clear statement of the speaker’s premises. (How do they try to prove their conclusion?)
A clear statement as to whether you agreed or disagreed with the speaker’s main point and why.
A clear statement of any fallacies (logical errors) that are committed the presentation.
NOTE: For the first few lectures, since we have not covered all of the logical fallacies in the Hurley textbook, try to point out any errors that you think the speakers have made or areas of logical weakness in the presentations. Once we’ve covered the informal fallacies in the Hurley text, then you are expected to identify specific fallacies.
