HRM


Introduction
- Provide a broad overview of human resource planning and the ways in which it affects an organisation (2 sentences)
- Definition of HRP (1 sentence)
- Linking sentence of HRP > SOP (1 sentence)
- Definition of strategic organisational planning/organisational objectives (2-3 sentences)
- Broadly provide a brief highlighting of HRP’s relationship with SOP
Body Paragraph 1 (explaining of key points)
- Topic sentence – Explain/state the fundamental aspects of HRP/SOP
Such as (How the HRP can be applied & state the elements of strategic planning)
- Uncover details about the important aspects of the relationship shared between HRP/SOP and explain the way in which they feed off each other to provide its interwoven nature (also focus on its complexities)
- STATE – Provide an example of an organisation that explores the points spoken about above
- EXPLAIN – Give a brief outline of the organisation and explain the way in which it covers the previously spoken points
