Job Satisfaction

Paper instructions:
This assignment will focus on an organization of your choosing. You need to be very familiar with the structure of the organization, as well as issues within the the organization. Students should analyze the company according to the three parts shown in the book, specifically:
- The Organization: Structure and Culture.
- The Group: Leadership.
- The Individual: Job Satisfaction.
While these elements are separate, students should have a separate section for these topics, however, students should also make an analysis of whether the structure, culture and leadership creates job satisfaction or dissatisfaction among employees. Some of these analysis should be backed up by examples (such as of leader behavior) and facts (such as turn over rate in the organization). The written report should be a maximum of 20-pages, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing.
