This final individual reflection paper is an important part of our course work and builds from everything we have done, giving you an opportunity not only to demonstrate your understanding of the leadership materials but also to tailor it to your own unique professional development situation. The task is to pull it all together in a meaningful way with action planning for next steps in your leadership development. What are your insights about leadership, both your own and others? What are your own development plans? Be specific and lay out at least one or two things that may be helpful in your continuing development and your design (again being specific) for dealing with it/them.
