Using a real world organizational ethical dilemma, analyze the dilemma using the ethical frameworks provided. The topic should be a current issue in business and management ethics.

Provide a brief background of the organization, description of the dilemma, and justification as to why this experience is considered to be an ethical dilemma. Identify the patterns and consistencies stemming from the analysis to create a final resolution with a concise defense of the best resolution decision. Include a final discussion of how you—as a participant in the resolution—would play a role, the personal implications or consequences you might experience, and how you would handle these consequences.
