Description:
Select an industry of your choice and research the different tools and strategies used within that industry to identify and classify master data. For example, in a hospital setting, it is sometimes the practice to maintain an array of clinical specialty systems that share data with an electronic health record. Prepare a lecture on the topic "Freud and the post Freudians" that would be suitable for presentation to an upper level undergraduate class in personality psychology. The goal of the lecture is to describe some of the ways in which Anna Freud, Heinz Kohut, and Melanie Klein extended and modified traditional Freudian theory, leading the way for future psychologists. To place this in context, however, be sure to do the following:
1.Summarize the key points in Freudian theory.
2.Note Freud's positions on the questions about human nature that are posed in the Introduction to the text.
3.Explain where Anna Freud, Kohut, and Melanie Klein concurred with the S. Freud's viewpoint, and where they added or modified his position.
4.Be sure to note how these theorists compare with Freud in terms of the basic questions about human nature.
5.Indicate how the viewpoints of A. Freud, Kohut, and Klein may have influenced later personality psychologists.
Support your lecture with at least three outside resources. Two of these should be articles published in peer reviewed journals.
