Hedging Oil Consumption

A US Gulf coast oil refiner refines 500,000 barrels of Oil per month into Gasoline and Heating Oil. It is concerned about the possibility of rising oil prices and the potential effect on its production margins should it be unable to pass on the higher coststo consumers.

Final Multimedia Project

Write a final paper that explores concepts of aesthetics and creativity in music therapy. You will draw parallels and contrasts between music as an aesthetic and music as a therapeutic tool. You can also bring in ideas about creativity, art, and music therapy. In particular, you are to explore, discuss and critically evaluate the CSR issues specific to the multinational organization using a wide range of sources ( Adams and Laing, 2000 ) which encompass information from the company and from alternative sources. It is expected that you will display a summary of these information sources in a table, which are pulled together to represent a Silent side and Shadow side. Follow this with discussion of the differences and or similarities between both sets of information, drawing upon lecture materials as theoretical underpinning.
