examine the role of the ecosystems within the creation of group and individual culture and the culture of power. evaluate how cultural dissonance is created within schooling and the role of each ecosystem in the creation and maintenance of this dissonance in the childs life. 
evaluate how cultural symmetry/recipocity in the childs life. critically analyze your role with in each of the ecosystems and the ways in which your values and belief systems have contributed to cultural dissonance  in childrens lives.  refer often to the ecology of human development. i wont learn from you, other peoples children, what if all the children were white and developing cross cultural competency
