In the first decades of the 20th century (1900-1920), Theatre was the most popular performing art in the United States, with many people going to see 2-3 live theatre performances a week in large urban centers like New York City.


With the increasing influence of film, TV and digital media on our 21st century society, what role do you think Theatre plays now, 100 years later? Does Theatre have the same impact/influence on our society than it did a century ago? If not, why do you think that is? Do you think there may come a time when live Theatre is no longer a popular performing art? Explain your view.

Various Business Structures


Grad paper 2500-3000 word integration and synthesis of the various business structures in the United States is the overarching topic. I will attach a few articles you can use for a basis and reference for the writing. The structures include C-Corporations, sub chapter S elections(S-Corp), LLPs, LLCs, and M form organizations. What are the possible advantages and disadvantages of each form? Ground conclusions from the articles i list below and possible one or two others.
-Paper must be in APA Format
-Need 7-10 sources for the paper with citations included within the paper from the sources.
-1000-1500 words must address the future of how small and medium business’s will be organized reflecting on the merits and limitations of various forms.
