Develop a Project Outline
The purpose of the Final Project is to apply the concepts and techniques of the module to the analysis of real-world situations or problems. You are expected to use diverse sources of information and to carry out an original analysis rather than summarise existing work. You are encouraged to use situations and data from your own experience where possible.
The aim of this project is to identify lessons learned and critical success factors that can be used to improve project management performance for infrastructure projects. To do so, you will select two contrasting types of infrastructure projects (i.e. transportation and large-scale international technology-driven projects). These can be projects which have provided significant value to your region or country or projects you have researched in-depth for this assignment. Your Final Project includes two major sections: a comparative analysis and your conclusions and recommendations. Your comparative analysis should focus on comparing and contrasting your two projects on the following nine factors:
1. An overview of each project
2. The demand for such infrastructure and the expected benefits to stakeholders
3. A description of the stakeholders interests and involvement and how the stakeholders? needs were assessed
4. The regulatory and political context
5. Environmental and social implications
6. The financing model adopted
7. Project management execution and control including:
1. How risks were managed throughout the project life cycle
2. How project performance was monitored and controlled
3. Challenges encountered and how these challenges were managed and overcome
8. Security and safety considerations
9. Post-implementation asset management
Following the comparative analysis, you should describe your conclusions, the lessons learned on each project and your recommendations for improving infrastructure project performance on future projects
After the Project Proposal
You are to will prepare the Outline of the Final Project based on your approved Project Proposal. The Outline must be structured to ensure the application of the concepts and techniques learned in this module. The Outline should be organized around the nine topics listed above.
Program Administration Project
Please use the books from Teri N .Talan and Paula Jorde Bloon. Assess an early childhood program using either the Program Administration Scale (PAS) or NAEYC Accreditation Standard 10, Leadership and Management, or for family child care settings, the business Administration Scale. Assess the program on as many criteria/items as possible. Then write a three page report that identifies how the program scored, areas of strength, and areas for improvement. Include three to five action steps or recommendations to address the areas for improvement.
Journalism, mass media and communication
The question is: 1. Explain the major differences and similarities between experimental, quasi-experimental, and descriptive research designs. Be sure to highlight some of the different types of research done with each design.

Industry currency and continuous professional development
Please read EXE735 Assignment 1 Resubmission followed by Assignment 2 (information to be put in evaluation template)
The proposal is Industry currency and continuous professional development and how the trainers and assessors (facilitators) are to keep their industry experience
So the participants are the trainers and assessors who will participate in the evaluation
And the report is being presented to the (Audience) Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) Queensland
Then follow the instructions of the Assignment 2 Criteria (This is important)
The Criteria for assignment 2 needs to be put in a form of an evaluation proposal (hence I have attached the template)
What I would like you to do is between Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 information; I would like you to structure it in the evaluation template enclosed…. You may need to change headings on the template if need be…….I have also attached an example summary report.
