This proposal is for fencing after school program. Basically write a proposal to bring it to different schools so that they will consider to start a fencing after school program. This will require the writer to do decent amount of research on his/her own regarding how to write a proposal and how to show that fencing is a good sport. The writer has to be very patient and expect to have lot of communications with me and modification of the proposal. I will provide the basic information if you are interested in.
