health law

-Should legal "sickness" be defined as the active presence of disease in a patient or should the legal definition of "sickness" be expanded?

-Should sickness remain anchored to the notion of the necessity of proving active disease or, minimally, the lack of a particular trait of good health?

-What are the dangers of the “propensity to disease” definition?

-What are the dangers of defining sickness in the mental health world?

-Have we made any errors in classifying groups as “ill” in the MENTAL health realm, when the definition of “sickness” included controversial behaviors and lifestyles?
