You are a change consultant and Martin Stevens has contacted you to ask for your help in identifying what he needs to do in order to secure a better integrated workforce that is working to shared aims and values based upon a unifying culture. Martin has specifically asked you to consider the soft systems approach to change requiring a greater emphasis on behaviour and leadership.
Based on the information that you have, provide Martin with a report that makes recommendations for improvement, which is underpinned throughout with reference to appropriate models and theories in support of your recommendations.
You should prepare your report, addressed to Martin Stevens, and use up to 15 appendices to demonstrate the techniques that can be applied to help analyse the situation and support any recommendations that you wish to propose.

The following are the articles from which you must choose 1 on which to base your review.

From this recent edition of the Journal of Organizational Change Management that is in the e-library is Volume 25 issue 3.(ISSN 0953-4814)

You can choose any one of the articles to review. You should state your choice clearly and reference it properly.

I have attached a PDF file that contains the Partexceltron Case study and instructions on how to go about both parts of the assignment and the necessary assessment criteria to be met in order to achieve a good grade.
