The service design elements become a template that communicates to employees and customers alike what service they should expect to give and to receive (Fitzsimmons & Fitzsimmons 2011, p 72).Consider the Service Design Elements shown in Table 4.3 of your text book (four Structural and four Managerial Design Elements) and choose a service organisation to describe how these service elements are designed to achieve the strategic service vision of the organisation.
