“Globalization has
impacted public sector mangers at every level. However, the impact varies
depending on the managers’ location and job. List and explain two ways that
globalization specifically impacts how the four following people do their jobs:

b. The leader of a small
industrial nation such as Austria or New Zealand

2. Discussion : Discuss with your colleagues "Centralized versus
Decentralized organizations”. 1. Which do you think is better and why? Pick
either an MNE or an IGO and discuss whether they are centralized or
decentralized and why? Do you feel their choice is the best one for their
