Interview

   Interview a professional working in your current/future career field about the utilization of assessment in that organization.  Discuss the type of assessments relevant to this class (do not include information about tests over content knowledge in classes, "assessments" for athletic injuries, etc, clinical psychological assessments - these are not relevant and do not relate to this class). 

 Write a 4-5 page paper based on the interview. Include demographics and background information of the person interviewed (position, company, years with company, etc). Include (1) rationale for choosing this person/organization,  (2) the individual’s background and experience with using professional assessments, (3) in that organization, ask the 5W1H questions: who, what, when, where, why and how are assessments utilized? Be sure to ask about the qualifications of the person administering the assessments. (4) what does the interviewee know about the professional assessments used in the organization (topics we have discussed this semester such as validity, reliability, audience, level of the assessment, criterion/norm referenced, theory base, qualifications, etc.) (5) What assessments would the interviewee like to use, why, and how would these be beneficial for the organization (6) other questions you want to ask, and (7) Reflection: what have you learned from this interview
