* I was thinking about doing how at verizon wireless we have weekly coaching and how we review stats and room for improvement. we listen to a call, look at stats and determine areas for opportunity. From there write up,an action plan and a folllow up( like having the sup liest to 3 calls for the opertunity. I think this works because the area are not always going to be the same.
