This literature review is going to analyse and assess the procedures of food inspection in Saudi Arabia comparing to Australia. So it is basically will be divided into three main sections
1-analyzing and assessing the food inspection in Saudi Arabia.
2- comparing the procedures of food inspection in Saudi Arabia with Australia.
3- Providing a solution and recommendation to improve the food inspection in Saudi Arabia
