The main body of your report should be based on an analysis of the data, include clear and effective tables and/or graphs and should answer the following:

IV. In an attempt to capture the multivariate nature of service quality, the research measured each dimension using several variables (as indicated in the outline methodology). Conduct an analysis of each variable in order to ascertain how the various aspects of service performance were rated when,

b. When perceptions (t1 to E2) are combined with a weighting (see variable list in outline) (10%)
V. To what extent do levels of satisfaction vary according to user characteristics? (20%). Using chi square, identify the relationships where there is a statistically significant difference in the level of satisfaction experienced by user group and comment on these.
