Analysis the tables of the SPSS

The main body of your report should be based on an analysis of the data, include clear and effective tables and/or graphs and should answer the following:
Compare data:Gender, Usage, Year, Member and Course
I. Using frequencies and/or descriptive statistics, comment on sample composition. (5%)
II. Respondents were asked to gauge the importance of each dimension of service quality. Conduct an analysis of how the respondents rated these five dimensions (Q1 to Q5). (10%)
III. Did respondents differ in the importance they attached to each of the five dimensions (Q1 to Q5)? Conduct comparison of means for each of Q1 to Q5 in relation to the independent variables . Go on to apply appropriate tests of difference where necessary and comment on their statistical significance. (15%)

IV. In an attempt to capture the multivariate nature of service quality, the research measured each dimension using several variables (as indicated in the outline methodology). Conduct an analysis of each variable in order to ascertain how the various aspects of service performance were rated when,
a. Measured using satisfaction alone (T1Equipment to custservice) (10%)
b. When perceptions (t1 to E2) are combined with a weighting (see variable list in outline) (10%)
V. To what extent do levels of satisfaction vary according to user characteristics? (20%). You will need to crosstabulate each independent variable with each measure of satisfaction (T1Equipment to custservice). Using chi square, identify the relationships where there is a statistically significant difference in the level of satisfaction experienced by user group and comment on these.
