Ethics and Governance

1. The Singapore Code of CG advocates the disclosure of company whistle-blowing practices and procedures.  Should employees have a duty to blow the whistle on unethical or illegal acts?
2. Does understanding an organisation's ethical climate tell us more about the ethics of an organisation than its code of ethics?
3. Are the actions of people in the workplace a consequence of individual or organisational characteristics? What would promote ethical behaviour at work?
