Humanistic Theory

1st part:  Explain humanistic theory. Explore and explain this theory in some depth including major concepts and how well this theory accounts for behavior and explains personality, including the structure of personality (if applicable).

2nd part: Link with existing theory. Explain the linkage between aspects of humanistic theory and the work of others. This section would include the utilization of empirical articles which provide support for aspects of humanistic theory, original works which are relevant to aspects of humanistic theory, and references from empirical sources to support this theory.

3rd part:  Provide a description of how this theoretical orientation will impact professional practice as an individual who will be working in schools. How will this influence individual approaches to working with others (in schools)? What are the implications of humanistic theory when working in schools?
