--Describe a situation in which you were resistant to change, identify the intensity (how strong was your resistance), source (was your source based on facts, beliefs, or values), and focus (self, others, or work environment). Now, put yourself in a manager’s position and explain how you would overcome the resistance to change in the situation you described.

--Define diversity and discrimination in your own words. Have you observed or been part of an employment discrimination in th workplace? If so, how did you handle the situation?
