Ethics in Criminal Justice
Discuss the ethical responsibilities of attorneys, both prosecuting and defending. Discuss the ethical responsibilities in of prosecuting and defense attorneys. Outline the role of both the defense attorney and prosecutor in criminal justice. What constitutes ethical and unethical behavior for each party? What is the moral responsibility that each attorney has? Discuss this from all perspectives: the victim, the accused, and the community.
