Investigating the Different Perception of customers on Safety, Performance, and Security Non-Functional Requirements of a Software System in different cultural environment ( different countries ) .
This literature review should :
• Investigate how customers from different cultural environments perceive safety, security and performance requirements in software systems
• Examine the level of importance attached to each of the listed requirements by customers from different cultural environments
• Consider whether customers from different cultural environments perceive and evaluate those requirements differently
• Analyse how customer perceptions of these requirements affect the success of a system development process project.
• Review the researches available that has been made on this topic.
• Show the limitations of these available researches.
