Should a democracy in a wealthy country like the united states guarantee
all of its residents basic life needs: food, clothing, housing, a clean
environment , education, medical care and jobs? Explain. Discuss what
you mean by democracy and wether or not democratic characteristics such
as equal power , participation and equal opportunity would be enhanced
were the government to provide these guarantees
