Discuss in a 5 to 7 page (double spaced) report what you have learned about Folklore and its study throughout this course. Feel free to bring to your discussion any materials you have read from our articles and textbooks, experiences from your own life and your experiences working on your assignments when answering this question. Make sure you also include a discussion of why UNESCO uses the phrase “Intangible Cultural Heritage” instead of the word “Folklore” when it developed the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2003.
