Present history of the problem – events leading up to problem and what
makes the topic important why it is significant the audience hears my
discussion.
Discuss the present day effects of the problem – give examples that clearly demonstrate the situation I’m talking about.
Discuss
the causes that brought about the effects how the causes have and are
bringing about the effects I mention. Definitely establish a cause
rather than permit suspicion.
List possible solutions to the
problem. Various alternatives that could be followed but are not
effective enough because they are bad alternatives.
Give solution to the problem – why my solution is the best answer. Not opinions but logical reasoning backed up by evidence.

will it benefit he audience. How will this make each and every
community a better place – whether it be a town a city a state a whole
