Organise In-House Function



Identify the customer and the type of event that the customer requires: 
Establish customer requirements provide a menu(s). Establish style and format of the occasion to include the layout of the room. Address any technical requirements that the customer may require. Provide a function and a running sheet to include details of requirements and timings of the function. Accurately, record the customer’s requirements keeping records and updates of the customer’s financial status.  Identify access and breakdown of the function. Confirm details and costs of the function to the customer in writing plus any other appropriate advice.

Identify staffing requirements and any external suppliers required the internal supplies should be identified on the function sheet. Note any extras that the customer wants to be included e.g.
