Description:
The student will investigate curriculum offered in the system of their
choosing. This investigation will focus on the types of academic and
career technical programs offered and their general proportions.
Throughout the nation, different systems have focused on different areas
of higher education. This investigation is meant to demonstrate the
differences in the various systems. Each student will write a 2-3 page
paper describing the offerings and compare them to those offered in
California. A conclusion will be offered describing the impact of these
differences on the functioning of the college system. The student should
be prepared to share their findings in class.....
