Michael Eisner at Disney
1. What is your assessment of the Organizational Climate (based of Patterns of Leadership p.141) at Disney towards the end of Michael Eisner’s tenure at Disney?
2. What would be your recommendation to improve the Organizational Climate at Disney based on the leadership skills, principles and vision discussed in the course to this point. (You can use leadership techniques in the Jack Welch case if you so desire.)
3. What were the strategic implications of Michael Eisner’s leadership and did he effectively operate at the Strategic Level?
