Discussion Question Feedback

Paper instructions:
Course: Project Management
Course Text: Project management. A Managerial Process. Gray, 2008, 4edition.
Feedback question from order 97317, (see attachment for previous assignment).
Read then Respond to the Question:
your post is excellent and true. As a project manager, it helps to understand the basics and the details of your project. As is the case with your current project, if you lack the required skills to plan your project, how can you move forward? A project manager is skilled at choosing the correct people for the tasks. Tasks that require expert knowledge are assigned to those with first hand knowledge of the requirements of that task. A project consisting of individuals with limited or no knowledge of the task will cause the project to fall under major delays. Excellent points! The Gantt Chart is an excellent tool to assist with managing who is responsible for what and when. As the project progresses, there may be times where the same person may be called upon to work on certain parts of the project. As you stated, knowing the schedule of those involved will help you to schedule functions accordingly.
Question:
How do you intend to manage a project where the same person is responsible for a large percentage of the project?
Furthermore, is it wise to rely on the expertise of a select group of people or a specific person?
