In Checking for Understanding for Chapter 6 of Halvorsen and Neary (2009), describes Dylan’s team on p. 200. Carefully read #2 on page 201 and respond to the following questions:
“a. What suggestions might you offer for how to organize these meetings?
b. What things could be done to enhance the affective atmosphere of team meetings?
c. What strategies might team members learn to move beyond statement of the problem to solution?
d. How can team members experience and celebrate success?
e. When a challenge is particularly difficult for the team, and solutions are not readily evident, what would you recommend?” (p. 201)
