James has been forced to sell his company due to his inability to manage this company (particularly the field-work aspects)as he is suffering from interstitial lung disease which requires ongoing monitoring and clinical care. James sold this company to a younger employee who joined his company five years ago. James has been admitted to hospital due to an exacerbation of his lung disease and is requiring supplemental oxygen on a more frequent basis than previously. His wife has been concerned about his recent sad frame of mind and states that he has been very unhappy recently.
