Case Law Analysis – Contract Law
a. To provide a brief outline (approx. 100 words in your own words) of the other five images. That is: Coach, Navigator, Interpreter, Caretaker, & Nurturer
b. To choose any two (2) images from the six (6) images outlined in Module 2, and using as essay format (Intro, body, conclusion) critically compare and discuss each image in relation to change management theories.
c. To provide a recommendation of which image/s they think best suits the process of managing change in organisations and why? NOTE: The image/s you choose to recommend does not have to be either of the two (2) images you chose to discuss. Make sure you justify your recommendations using appropriate business practice examples where possible.
d. To use CQU Harvard Referencing to provide a minimum of six (6) information sources (you may use more than six (6). These sources can include a combination of books, journal articles, and reputable websites). Books and journals must be sourced using Library databases – for example: Discover It!, Sage, Science Direct, or Business Source Complete. NOTE: Information used from websites must be very carefully evaluated using appropriate evaluation criteria and all sources should be correctly referenced.
e. To consult the various Library Assessment Help sections linked in Moodle for further guidance on completing this assessment.
f. To consult the Guide for Students linked in Moodle for the correct format for writing the essay.
g. To refer to the marking criteria sheet for this assessment to ensure you have covered everything you will be marked on.
